Baek’s New Moves
He improved IMO but I don’t use him at all to make judgement if he is good or not. I mean some of these new moves maybe useless.
NeoRussell’s Thoughts
Another week has begun. Isn’t that great? Summer is coming and it’s kind of ok to not wear a jacket now.
A few things to say:
-You guys will see a few videos about Tekken in the coming weeks.
-SFIV will not be left out but theres only so much videos I can create with that game.
-I have a few more ideas for videos that will assist your game but like I said, I can only go so far with the game.
-I do need help if I have not covered something useful yet so if you do know a few tricks of the trade, feel free to share.
-Not everybody is born good, we all have to work and train to be the best. What better way to do that than helping each other.
Namco is not even trying with stories anymore. I mean A.King is dead. Who is the guy behind this mask. Please make sense Namco.

Street Fighter IV
Tiers According to a Japanese Magazine (Arcadia, Maybe)

S: Sagat
Still alone on top.
A: Seth
Really don’t know what to say here. I want to see what these Japanese Seths are doing to have boosted his stock so much. Sagat is still markedly better, but Seth is good enough to be considered in a class above everyone else, as well.
B: Blanka, Ryu, Balrog, Rufus, Chunli, Zangief, Akuma, M.Bison
The emergence of Seth kind of shuffled the B-tier into a mishmash of the former A-tier and characters whose stock surged since the original listings came out. Zangief has major problems with Sagat, Seth, and Blanka, which caused him to tumble down the listings. It should be mentioned that he is still equal to or favored against EVERYONE else on the A-tier.
C: C.Viper, Ken, Feilong, Gouken, Sakura, Dan
Okay, let’s immediately address the elephant in the room. Apparently Dan’s Medium Kick and EX catalogs averaged him out in most matchups. In fact, he is 50/50 against everyone but Sagat, Seth, and Rose, who all only enjoy a slight advantage against him. Feilong fails to hold onto his dominant position, Sakura’s stock rises, and C.Viper, Ken, and Gouken are all pretty much what we expected them to be.
D: Cammy, Dhalsim, Gen, Abel, Guile, E.Honda
Here’s where characters have trouble competing. Generally, these are characters plagued with bad matchups or below-average overall ability that just need fine-tuned. Most of them still benefit from a handful of good matchups that make them work as counter-selections, but maining them might not be a good idea until Champion Edition rolls around.
F: El Fuerte, Vega, Rose
El Fuerte was going to tank, that was a foregone conclusion. Everyone knew he was highly overrated at C tier. Wide speculation was that Dan was the only thing keeping Vega from the absolute bottom of the pile, but a plague of bad matchups for Rose (a list that also includes getting absolutely dominated by Seth, Blanka, and ironically, Vega himself) has thrown her in the cellar.

You’ll get credit of course. This beats me learning how to use every character when I really just use Vega to begin with.

“Practice Leads To Greatness”

I noticed that I forgot to add how KARA THROWING creates so much pressure for your opponent (it does). Use it to feint your opponent into attacking to throwing. It will help you become a better player.
Keep in mind that Kara Throwing is a glitch. You can tell by the way they just appear to have teleported and grabbed the opponent. It also sucks that not everybody has this. Oh well I guess.

Found the list here. You probably noticed that I didn’t do all of them. The other ones like Rufus, I couldn’t even tell if they were Kara Throwing or not because you have to be so close to them that it might as well be a standard throw. I figured, if you need to be that close, it cannot be considered Kara Throwing. I can just do f+lp+lk and move a bit more. Not worth it.

It appears that two of my videos have been flagged by Youtube as copyright. I will have no choice but to delete them soon. Don’t worry, it’s one of the old ones. I’ll be more careful with the music I use this time.

Tell Your Friends
If you have a friend that is struggling with the game, I understand that you want to help them.
I also understand that sometimes, explaining things to them can be tasking. That’s where I come in.
Wouldn’t it be better to tell your friend so that he/she gets better. Maybe that way, you can get a good competition. Just don’t act suprised if he starts beating you.
It’s been awhile but it had to be done even though the hype of SFIV is still around.
You probably noticed that I added Property Changes as well.
Well, the reason is basically each characters had like atleast 3 new moves.
Creating a 30 second video didn’t seem right to me. So I figure, might as well.

SFIV
According to GameSpot.com SFIV has reached a landmark of 849,000 buys. Pretty good for the month of February. Xbox had 446,000 units sold while PS3 came close with 403,000 units. Also, keeping in mind that it was released in the middle of the month. It should be higher now. Anyways, let rejoice that our beloved game is getting it’s proper recognition.
I also want to mention that there was a Tournament in U.S. 2 weeks ago (Final Round) that had a whopping 240+ entrants for SFIV. Practice up people. That number will seriously increase come EVO time. Justing Wong won with his Rufus.
Videos will be juggled between Tekken and SFIV. Have to be fair for both games.
I can say that these Raging Demon are GUARANTEED. I had a friend to check that with me this time. That Super Version is really Godly.

I was trying to get EX Izuna after he did Blanka Ball, but I guess I didn’t have enough charge. Tournament pressures are awesome. You’ll also realize that after Blanka’s ultra, i tried to do my Ultra.
I guess I have to do it a bit faster.
Grand Finals – NeoRussell (Vega) vs Gerjay (Rufus)
I’ve always had a problem with Rufus.
I fought him off as much as I can but I need more practice against him.
2nd Place is good for me.
I proved that Vega is good that day.
Hopefully I can keep showing him that he is not Low Tier.
But, I don’t really care about tiers anyway because Vega is a really fun character.
