History It all started when SureShotHwoarang created a website for Tekken in Philippines. I (NeoRussell) remember checking the website a few years ago and thought, that's cool a philippine tekken website. A few years passed and I came upon the website again and I saw that nothing was changed. SureShot mentioned that because of Hosting issue, he was constricted on what he could update. I also checked the forums and although it was great for corresponding with other Filipino Tekken Players, he had limited administrative rights. I conversed with SureShotHwoarang about opening a new site and forum and offered him hosting space. This would include a new Website and a new Forum. I had background regarding the matter so I offered to create them as well. Once I had the forum working and ready, SureShotHwoarang had to turn down the role of administrator for personal reasons. I chose Roister to be Administrator since he helped me with the banners and pictures of the site. Everybody seemed to vouch for him as well. Loyal2Law then followed after much liberation with the current active members. The two of them were put in charge of the forum for any member related issue, they are responsible for solving issues and what not.
